How a Burger Obsession Became Burgermeister
Hey, burger lovers! I’m Alex Ringleb, and for over 20 years I’ve been obsessed with crafting the perfect burger. What started as a passion project — fueled by late nights, backyard grills, and nonstop feedback from friends and family — eventually became something bigger. Encouraged to take the leap, I turned my lifelong love for burgers into Burgermeister, born right here in Miami Beach.
A Family Business, Built the Miami Way
Miami gave me more than a place to open a restaurant. It’s where I met Fernanda, my wife and business partner. Together, we built Burgermeister as a family owned restaurant focused on real ingredients, honest food, and
genuine hospitality.
For us, food and service go together. From how we cook to how we treat
people, Burgermeister is about care, consistency, and doing things the right
way, every single day.

At Burgermeister, we don’t do average. Every burger starts with our never frozen 8oz beef blend made with filet mignon and chuck, cooked fresh to order and stacked with bold flavors. We finish it with fresh toppings, homemade sauces, and a soft potato bun that holds everything together.
